Job Title: Field Officer

Locations: vasanthanarasapura, tumkuru

Eligibility Criteria:

- Minimum 1 year experience in the security field as a field officer

Job Responsibilities:

- Ex servicemen will be given priority.
- Conduct field supervision across assigned locations.
- recruit Secuirty staff for assigned locations.
- Brief security personnel regarding their duties and responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate security manpower effectively
- Ensure timely manpower deployment at all sites and fill absentee positions without delay
- Coordinate replacement staff with the office/agency when required
- Maintain proper duty rosters and ensure all shifts are adequately staffed
- Verify attendance and ensure manpower strength as per site requirements
- Ensure proper discipline, conduct, and operational efficiency at sites
- Perform routine night checks as required
- Monitor security arrangements and promptly report issues or shortages

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
