Key Responsibilities

Manage Daily Café Operations

- Manage the day-to-day functioning of the café and ensure smooth operations during all shifts.
- Ensure the café is properly opened, operated, and closed as per company procedures.
- Monitor customer flow, order processing, service time, and overall café performance.
- Ensure all company SOPs, processes, and service standards are followed.
- Coordinate with the team during peak hours to ensure smooth and efficient service.

Team Management

- Supervise and guide café staff during the shift.
- Allocate daily duties and ensure proper deployment of staff at different workstations.
- Conduct shift briefings and communicate daily targets, instructions, offers, and operational updates.
- Monitor attendance, punctuality, discipline, grooming, and overall staff performance.
- Ensure employees follow the required uniform, grooming, hygiene, and behavioural standards.
- Train new team members on café procedures, product preparation, customer service, and company SOPs.
- Address routine staff concerns and report performance or disciplinary issues to the reporting manager/HR.

Customer Service

- Ensure customers receive a consistent and positive café experience.
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.




- Resolve customer concerns at the outlet wherever possible and escalate serious issues when required.
- Ensure orders are prepared correctly and served within the expected time.
- Monitor service quality and maintain professional customer interaction at all times.

Product & Service Quality

- Ensure coffee, beverages, food, and other products are prepared according to company recipes and standards.
- Monitor product presentation, portion control, taste, and consistency.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of food and beverage products.
- Identify and report any product-quality concerns immediately.

Inventory & Stock Control

- Monitor daily stock levels of coffee, food products, beverages, packaging materials, and other consumables.
- Ensure stock is properly stored, organised, labelled, and rotated.
- Conduct regular stock checks and report shortages, excess stock, damages, or discrepancies.
- Ensure timely stock replenishment at counters and workstations.
- Monitor wastage and take necessary steps to minimise avoidable losses.
- Maintain proper records of stock movement and wastage as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
