Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Supply Chain (Domestic) to manage domestic OEM sourcing, new product development, procurement, production planning, inventory management and vendor coordination. The candidate will ensure timely product availability, efficient supply-chain operations and effective coordination with warehouse, quality, finance and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end New Product Development (NPD) with domestic OEM factories.
- Handle product specifications, costing, sampling, testing, packaging and commercial approvals.
- Plan reorders and production based on sales trends, stock levels and inventory coverage.
- Monitor purchase orders, production schedules and timely material availability.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiations, pricing, MOQs, lead times and performance.
- Procure packaging materials, labels, cartons, polybags and operational consumables.
- Coordinate invoices, GST documentation, e-way bills, vendor payments and reconciliation.
- Coordinate warehouse inward planning, GRN, quality checks and inventory reconciliation.
- Prepare MIS reports and dashboards for inventory, production, reorder status and vendor performance.




- Lead supply-chain team members and coordinate with internal departments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in domestic supply chain, procurement, production planning or OEM management.
- Previous team-handling experience is mandatory.
- Postgraduate qualification in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of NPD, procurement, inventory management and production planning.
- Advanced MS Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP and dashboard preparation.
- Experience in MIS reporting, vendor negotiations and commercial documentation.
- Understanding of GST, invoicing, ERP/WMS and inventory-management systems.
- Robust analytical, communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
