Key Responsibilities:

- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facility infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues and carry out timely repairs.
- Inspect and monitor equipment to identify potential problems before they affect operations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and spare parts usage.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with the production team to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency.
- Participate in shutdown maintenance, installations, and upgrades as required.
- Assist in maintaining inventory of tools, equipment, and spare parts.
- Report major issues or risks to the Maintenance Supervisor promptly.

Requirements:

- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related trade.
- Proven experience (1–3 years) in industrial or facility maintenance.
- Good understanding of mechanical systems, electrical circuits, and control panels.
- Ability to read technical manuals, diagrams,



and engineering drawings.
- Familiarity with tools and safety procedures in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work in shifts and respond to emergency maintenance needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in the automotive or manufacturing sector.
- Knowledge of PLCs, welding, and fabrication is an added advantage.
- Basic computer skills for maintenance logging/reporting.

Education & Experience:

- BE/BTEC – Electrical / Electronics ; Experience: 4– 5 Yrs

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
