Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to manage complete store and inventory operations in our nutraceutical manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day store and inventory operations.
- Handle receiving, storage and issuance of raw materials, packaging materials and finished goods.
- Maintain accurate stock records and documentation.
- Ensure FIFO/FEFO, batch traceability and proper labelling.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, R&D;, QA, QC, Accounts and Dispatch teams.
- Monitor stock levels, shortages, excess and near-expiry materials.
- Conduct physical stock verification and reconciliation.
- Maintain inward/outward records and proper segregation of approved, rejected,



quarantined and returned materials.
- Ensure store housekeeping, hygiene, safety and GMP compliance.
- Supervise store staff and ensure timely completion of work.
- Prepare regular inventory and stock reports.

Requirements

- Graduate/Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3–7 years of experience in Store/Inventory Management.
- Experience in Nutraceutical, Pharma, Food or FMCG manufacturing preferred.
- Knowledge of raw materials, packaging materials and finished goods.
- Good understanding of FIFO/FEFO, batch traceability and inventory documentation.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/ERP.
- Strong team handling and coordination skills.
