Job Description:

We are looking for a candidate with practical experience in land and property documentation, preferably someone who has worked with a legal department, advocates, property consultants, or Tamil Nadu Registration Department-related documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle and verify land and property-related documents.
- Review Sale Deeds, Mother Deeds, Sale Agreements, EC, Patta, Chitta, FMB and other property records.
- Verify ownership history and property-related documents.
- Coordinate for property registration and documentation with relevant offices, including Sub-Registrar Offices.
- Coordinate with advocates, legal teams, document writers and other concerned parties.
- Collect, organize and maintain land/property documents and records.
- Identify missing information, discrepancies or inconsistencies in documents and escalate them to the legal team.




- Assist in preparing and maintaining documentation required for property transactions.
- Follow up on registration, document verification and other land-related processes.
- Maintain proper records and status updates for all property/documentation activities.

Preferred Profile:

- Experience in land/property documentation, property verification or registration-related work.
- Candidates who have worked with legal departments, advocates, property/documentation firms, or Registration Department-related activities are preferred.
- Knowledge of Tamil Nadu land and property documents is preferred.
- Positive documentation, coordination and follow-up skills.
- Law degree is not mandatory; practical experience in land/property documentation will be considered.
- Candidates with experience in Tamil Nadu Registration / Sub-Registrar Office-related documentation are preferred.
