GUEST RELATIONS EXECUTIVE – JOB DESCRIPTION
- Welcome and assist patients, visitors, and guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and courteously.
- Coordinate with hospital departments to ensure smooth patient and visitor services.
- Manage appointments, registrations, and guest-related documentation as required.
- Maintain excellent communication, grooming, and customer service standards.
- Ensure a positive guest experience while following hospital policies and procedures.
