Position Overview We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive / Senior Executive – Surfactants to drive sales and business development for our surfactant portfolio. The role involves developing new customers, managing existing accounts, understanding customer requirements, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Develop new business opportunities and generate leads within the assigned market. Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers. Promote and sell surfactant raw materials to customers. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions. Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and business meetings.



Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, samples, orders, and timely delivery. Follow up on enquiries and convert opportunities into sales. Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets. Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Maintain regular sales reports and update the sales pipeline. Eligibility
Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA or equivalent.
Experience: 2–3 years of relevant B2B Sales / Marketing experience.
Strong communication, negotiation, relationship management, and business development skills.
Experience in specialty chemicals, surfactants, or raw material distribution will be preferred.
Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development.
Compensation CTC: ₹5 LPA – ₹8 LPA, depending on experience, skills, and suitability for the role.
