About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Freelance Performance Marketer who can plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns to drive leads, conversions, and measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop campaign strategies based on business objectives and target audiences.
- Conduct audience research, keyword research, and competitor analysis.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets, targeting, creatives, and bidding strategies.
- Track key metrics such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate, and overall ROI.
- Coordinate with content/design teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and copies.
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking, pixels, events, and analytics.




- Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency and scale successful campaigns.

Requirements

- Proven experience in performance marketing and paid advertising.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Strong understanding of campaign optimization, lead generation, retargeting, and conversion funnels.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience working independently in a freelance or agency environment.
- Robust communication and reporting skills.
- Portfolio / previous campaign results will be an added advantage.
