Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality 2D motion graphics, animations, advertisements, social media content, explainer videos, and promotional videos.
- Develop creative concepts, storyboards, visual treatments, and animation sequences.
- Create text animations, logo animations, transitions, title sequences, infographics, and visual effects.
- Convert static designs into engaging motion graphics and animated content.
- Use AI tools extensively for image generation, video generation, creative ideation, animation, editing, enhancement, and workflow automation.
- Develop AI-assisted visual concepts and creative assets based on project requirements.
- Combine AI-generated assets with professional motion graphics and post-production workflows.
- Stay updated with the latest Generative AI tools, AI video tools, AI image-generation platforms, and AI-assisted design technologies.
- Experiment with new AI workflows to improve production quality and reduce turnaround time.
- Work with scripts, storyboards, creative briefs, and reference materials.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, 3D artists, video editors, and creative teams.
- Handle compositing, effects, transitions, color correction, and sound synchronization when required.
- Make revisions based on client and internal team feedback.
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and project deadlines.
- Maintain organized project files, assets, source files, and AI-generated resources.

Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of Motion Graphics and Animation.
- Excellent proficiency in Adobe After Effects.
- Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.
- Robust understanding of animation principles, typography, composition, color theory, timing, and visual storytelling.
- Good knowledge of video production, editing, compositing, rendering, resolutions, and frame rates.




- Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.

Strong AI Knowledge – Mandatory

- Strong practical knowledge of Generative AI tools and workflows is required.
- Experience using AI tools for image generation, video generation, animation, creative ideation, image enhancement, background/object generation, and content creation.
- Ability to write and refine effective AI prompts for consistent and high-quality creative output.
- Ability to integrate AI-generated images and videos into After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and other production workflows.
- Knowledge of AI-based video and image tools such as Runway, Kling, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Stable Diffusion, or similar platforms.
- Ability to identify suitable AI tools for different creative requirements.
- Willingness to continuously learn and experiment with emerging AI technologies.
- Understanding of AI-assisted workflow automation and productivity improvements is an advantage.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of 3D Motion Graphics.
- Experience with Blender, Cinema 4D, or other 3D software.
- Knowledge of expressions in After Effects.
- Experience creating content for social media, digital advertising, branding, and marketing campaigns.
- Experience with AI-powered video generation and image-to-video workflows.
- Basic knowledge of VFX and compositing.

Qualification

- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Animation, Multimedia, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.




- Candidates with strong practical experience and an excellent portfolio may also be considered.

Experience

1–3 years of professional experience in Motion Graphics, Animation, Video Production, or a related creative field.

Candidates with strong AI expertise and an exceptional portfolio will be given preference.

Portfolio / Showreel Requirement

Candidates must submit a portfolio/showreel demonstrating their creative and technical skills.

The portfolio should ideally include:

- Motion graphics
- Logo animation
- Typography animation
- Social media content
- Explainer videos
- Advertisements/promotional videos
- Video editing and compositing
- AI-generated creative content
- AI-assisted video/image projects
- 3D motion graphics, if available
