- Promote company products and services through outbound calls and customer interactions.
- Handle incoming customer inquiries related to sales and technical support.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.
- Provide basic troubleshooting support for hosting, emails, websites, and related services.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints and technical queries professionally.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams for issue resolution.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, sales activities, and support requests.
- Follow up with customers regarding renewals, updates, and service requirements.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
