- Receive customers and understand their vehicle service and repair requirements.
- Conduct vehicle inspection and accurately record customer concerns in the job card.
- Prepare repair estimates covering parts, labour and additional services.
- Explain required repairs, costs and timelines to customers and obtain necessary approvals.
- Coordinate with technicians, Parts and Job Controller teams for smooth job execution.
- Monitor vehicle repair progress and keep customers updated on job status.
- Ensure all repairs are completed as per OEM standards and customer requirements.
- Conduct final checks and ensure vehicles are ready for timely delivery.
- Explain completed work, invoices and maintenance recommendations during vehicle delivery.
- Maintain robust customer relationships, handle complaints and drive customer satisfaction and retention.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
