Performance Marketing Specialist
Location: Head Office, Ernakulam, Kerala

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and other digital advertising platforms, with a strong focus on lead generation, conversion, cost optimization, and ROI.

The candidate will work closely with the marketing, creative, CRM/CRE, branch operations, and external agency teams to ensure that digital campaigns deliver measurable business results.

Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Management

- Plan, set up, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, and relevant marketplace platforms.
- Develop monthly media plans based on business, branch, and product targets.
- Manage audience targeting, keywords, placements, and campaign structures.
- Conduct A/B testing of creatives, ad copies, audiences, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
- Plan campaigns around promotions, seasonal demand, treatment packages, and product launches.

Budget & Performance Optimization

- Manage and allocate monthly advertising budgets across campaigns and platforms.
- Monitor CPL, CPA, qualified leads, conversion rates, and ROAS.
- Identify underperforming campaigns and optimize budgets to improve performance.
- Track campaign spending and identify opportunities for scaling successful campaigns.
- Support Finance with monthly advertising spend documentation and reconciliation.

Analytics & Reporting





- Set up and monitor conversion tracking using Meta Pixel, Google Ads conversion tracking, GA4, GTM, and UTM parameters.
- Ensure accurate tracking of leads from ad click through consultation or sale.
- Prepare weekly dashboards and monthly performance reports.
- Analyse the complete marketing funnel and identify areas for improving lead-to-consultation conversion.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to the management team.

Creative & Landing Page Coordination

- Work with designers, content creators, videographers, and agencies to develop high-performing ad creatives.
- Provide creative briefs, messaging ideas, formats, and campaign requirements.
- Review campaign creatives for platform compliance and brand consistency.
- Coordinate with the web team to improve landing pages and conversion rates.
- Maintain a record of tested creatives, offers, and campaign performance.

Coordination & Compliance

- Coordinate with external media and creative agencies and monitor their campaign deliverables.
- Work with branch teams to align campaign locations, offers, and appointment capacity.
- Ensure digital advertising follows applicable ASCI, AYUSH, healthcare advertising, and platform advertising guidelines.




- Maintain proper records of campaign approvals, creative approvals, and advertising budgets.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Digital Marketing.
- Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns and digital media budgets.
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, Ayurveda, clinic, D2C, or consumer-focused businesses will be an advantage.
- Google Ads and Meta certifications are preferred.

Required Technical Skills

- Advanced knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Knowledge of Looker Studio or similar reporting/dashboard tools.
- Strong understanding of lead generation, conversion tracking, audience targeting, bidding, and campaign optimization.
- Robust Excel/Google Sheets skills for campaign analysis and reporting.
- Knowledge of CRM and lead-management systems.
- Experience with marketplace advertising such as Amazon, Flipkart, or quick-commerce platforms is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of landing pages and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).

Working Conditions

- Full-time position based at Head Office, Ernakulam.
- Occasional travel to Kakkanad, Trivandrum, Edappally, and Edappal branches may be required.
- Flexibility to monitor campaigns during major launches and promotional periods.

Pay: ₹38,076.85 - ₹50,003.24 per month
