ABOUT THE COMPANY

Global Tax Masters is India's leading Customs and Indirect Tax advisory firm having more than 500+ manufacturing and export entities as clients across auto components, steel, textiles, pharma, plastics, and chemicals sectors. We are expanding our North India presence to serve Delhi NCR and Punjab manufacturing hubs.

THE ROLE

You will be the primary business development and advisory representative for Global Tax Masters in North India, responsible for lead qualification, on-site feasibility assessment, and liaison for clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Identify and qualify prospective clients in Delhi NCR; build and manage a lead pipeline
- Conduct in office feasibility visits to client manufacturing facilities
- Represent the firm in initial meetings and follow-ups with authorities
- Prepare feasibility scoping notes and reports
- Travel to Haryana and Punjab - 4-5 visits a month

WORK BREAKDOWN:

- 40% - Lead generation, discovery, and qualification
- 35% - On-site feasibility assessments & plant visits
- 20% - Customs liaison and client support
- 5% - Relationship management and account reviews

PREFERRED BACKGROUND:





- Experience in Ludhiana or Delhi NCR industrial zones (auto, steel, textiles, plastics)
- Background in auto components, steel, textiles, or chemicals manufacturing
- Bachelor's in Commerce, Accounting, Supply Chain, or Engineering

NOT THE RIGHT FIT IF YOU:

- Are a fresher or have less than 3 years experience in sales
- Are uncomfortable with travel or on-site plant visits

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

- Base Salary: ₹5-8 LPA (based on experience & sector background)
- Performance Bonus: Up to 8% based on leads converted, client satisfaction, registrations closed
- Travel Reimbursement: Full coverage of inter-city travel, accommodation, client visits
- Annual Leave: 15 days + public holidays

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
