Placement officer

Location: Calicut (Kozhikode)

Experience: 1yr to 3 yrs Experienced

Key Responsibilities Corporate Tie-ups:

Proactively reach out to companies to build and manage placement partnerships.

Interview Management: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Data Management: Maintain an accurate database of candidates and detailed placement records.

Stakeholder Follow-up: HR departments and internal management regarding candidate status and feedback.

Process Excellence: Ensure a seamless and professional placement experience for both candidates and recruiters.

Eligibility CriteriaCommunication: Valuable verbal and written communication skills.

Personality: High energy, proactive, and a "go-getter" attitude.

Experience: Fresher / Prior experience in recruitment or a placement cell is a plus (but not mandatory for the right candidate).
