Position: HR – Recruitment Executive

Experience: 6 Months to 3 Years

We are looking for a proactive and responsible HR – Recruitment Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and support daily HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing to joining.

- Manage job postings on Indeed and other job portals.

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other channels.

- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.

- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and management.

- Maintain daily candidate data and recruitment status.

- Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, selection, documentation, and joining.

- Coordinate with departments regarding manpower requirements.





- Conduct campus recruitment and coordinate with colleges when required.

- Maintain proper recruitment records and reports.

- Support daily HR activities as required.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline; BBA/MBA in HR will be preferred.

- 6 Months to 3 Years of experience in Recruitment/HR.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

- Valuable follow-up and coordination skills.

- Ability to handle multiple recruitment activities simultaneously.

- Only Male Candidates.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
