Position: Jr. Tutor – Biomedical Engineer

Experience: Freshers to 2 years
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Biomedical Engineering
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct training sessions on medical equipment and biomedical engineering concepts.
- Deliver practical and theoretical sessions for biomedical engineering students.
- Demonstrate the working principles, operation, and basic troubleshooting of medical equipment.
- Provide hands-on training on equipment such as patient monitors, ECG, ventilators, infusion pumps, X-ray, ultrasound, and other biomedical devices.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, practical exercises, and assessments.
- Guide students during laboratory and practical sessions.
- Clarify students' technical doubts and provide individual support when required.
- Monitor student performance and provide regular feedback.
- Maintain training records, attendance, assessment reports, and other documentation.
- Assist in workshops, demonstrations, seminars, and technical events.
- Coordinate with senior trainers to improve training quality and student engagement.
- Ensure proper handling, safety, and maintenance of training equipment.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Biomedical Engineering fundamentals and medical equipment.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and practical manner.
- Valuable interpersonal and classroom-management skills.
- Basic knowledge of troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
- Willingness to learn and develop as a trainer.
- Ability to work effectively with students and training teams.
Preferred
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge and an interest in teaching/training can apply.
- Candidates with internship, project, or practical exposure to medical equipment will have an added advantage
