Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Content Creator to develop engaging content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok. The ideal candidate will understand social media trends, storytelling, and brand communication, and will be able to turn ideas into compelling posts, videos, reels, and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging social media content, including Reels, videos, posts, stories, carousels, and captions.
- Develop creative content ideas based on brand goals, audience interests, and current trends.
- Plan and maintain a social media content calendar.
- Write clear, engaging, and brand-appropriate captions and copy.
- Shoot and edit short-form videos, photos, and other visual content.
- Use tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar software.
- Monitor social media trends, hashtags, formats, and competitor activity.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, sales, and other teams to develop campaigns.
- Schedule and publish content across relevant social media platforms.




- Track engagement, reach, views, followers, and other performance metrics.
- Use analytics to identify what content performs well and suggest improvements.
- Respond to comments and messages when required.
- Maintain consistency in brand voice, visual identity, and messaging.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Media, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience creating social media content for brands, businesses, or personal projects.
- Strong writing, communication, and storytelling skills.
- Positive understanding of major social media platforms and their content formats.
- Basic knowledge of photo and video editing.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable appearing on camera, if required, is an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
