Sales Manager – Jawa Yezdi

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Sales Manager to join our Jawa Yezdi dealership. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the showroom sales team, achieving monthly sales targets, improving customer experience, and driving new motorcycle sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the showroom sales team to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase Jawa and Yezdi motorcycle sales.
- Handle customer enquiries, product presentations, negotiations, and conversions.
- Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Monitor and improve lead follow-ups, test rides, bookings, and deliveries.
- Guide the sales team on product features, pricing, offers, finance, and exchange options.
- Generate business through walk-in customers, leads, referrals, events, and local marketing activities.
- Maintain solid relationships with customers and ensure proper follow-up after enquiries and sales.
- Track daily sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
- Train, motivate, and monitor the performance of sales executives.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, service,



and other dealership departments for smooth customer delivery.
- Monitor competitor activities and local market trends.
- Ensure dealership sales processes and company standards are properly followed.

Requirements:

- 2–5 years of experience in automobile/two-wheeler sales or a similar sales management role.
- Experience in a motorcycle dealership will be preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage a sales team.
- Good knowledge of the local market and customer requirements.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.
- Passion for motorcycles and a customer-focused approach.
