Urgent Hiring for Media Buyer to manage paid ads for brands, ecommerce businesses, and social media agency clients.

This role is suitable for someone who has practical experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads, understands campaign performance, and can optimize ads for better results.

Key Responsibilities:

- Run and manage campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Set up campaigns for leads, sales, traffic, and conversions
- Manage targeting, budgets, ad creatives, and ad copies
- Track key metrics like CPC, CTR, CPM, CPA, ROAS, leads, and conversions
- Test creatives, audiences, ad copies, and landing pages
- Analyze performance and optimize campaigns regularly
- Coordinate with the creative team for ad creatives and videos
- Prepare basic performance reports for team and clients
- Fix basic pixel, tracking, and campaign setup issues

Requirements:

- Experience in running Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Good understanding of campaign setup, targeting, budgets, and optimization
- Basic knowledge of Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking




- Ability to analyze data and improve campaign performance
- Understanding of ecommerce and lead generation ads is preferred
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and performance-focused
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment

Significant Notes:

- This is a full-time, in-office role in Noida
- Practical experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads is required
- We expect ownership, regular optimization, transparent reporting, and performance focus
- This role is for someone serious, responsible, and interested in growing in performance marketing

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
