We have urgent requirement for Key Accounts Merchandiser/Executive for E-commerce & Fashion Industry.

- Marketplace Management: Oversee daily operations and growth across major fashion portals like Myntra, AJIO, Amazon, and Flipkart.
- Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive Gross Merchandise Value (GMV), set monthly and annual sales targets, and own the platform P&L.;
- Campaign & Catalog Execution: Coordinate digital marketing, seasonal promotional events, flash sales, and recent garment line launches with internal and platform teams.
- Inventory & Stock Planning: Monitor stock levels, prevent out-of-stock issues, and forecast demand based on fashion trends.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Track conversion rates, returns, sell-through rates, and account metrics using advanced spreadsheet and analytics tools.
- Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for external marketplace category managers and internal supply chain teams.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Campaign & Catalog Execution: Coordinate digital marketing, seasonal promotional events, flash sales, and new garment line launches with internal and platform teams.

Experience

- Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience in e-commerce key account management, specifically within fashion, apparel, or D2C brands.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong negotiation tactics, data analysis proficiency (Advanced Excel), and deep familiarity with fashion marketplace algorithms and operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
