About the Role

We are looking for an experienced MEP BIM Modeler to join our engineering team. The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining accurate BIM models and coordinating MEP services with other disciplines throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop detailed MEP BIM models using Revit MEP based on design drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Create and modify HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting models as required.
- Prepare detailed shop drawings, layouts, sections, and coordinated drawings.
- Perform BIM coordination and clash detection with MEP services.
- Coordinate with design engineers, project engineers, and site teams to resolve modeling and coordination issues.
- Review drawings and models for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project standards.
- Prepare BIM models as per LOD requirements and project BIM standards.
- Incorporate design changes and maintain updated models throughout the project.
- Extract quantities and schedules from BIM models when required.
- Participate in coordination meetings and provide technical support to project teams.
- Ensure proper BIM documentation, model organization, and file management.





Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Revit MEP.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Experience in Navisworks for coordination and clash detection.
- Good understanding of MEP systems and construction practices.
- Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and technical specifications.
- Knowledge of BIM standards, LOD, and model coordination.
- Good understanding of HVAC systems is an added advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualification

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant MEP BIM modeling experience.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience working on MEP/HVAC projects.
- Experience coordinating BIM models with multiple disciplines.
- Candidates with hands-on experience in Revit MEP + Navisworks will be preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a project team.
- Willingness to work according to project deadlines.
