Job Summary

We are looking for a technically skilled and proactive Asset Care Executive – Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation to support the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of brewery production and utility assets.

The role will be responsible for preventive and predictive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, equipment inspections, troubleshooting, and asset performance improvement across brewing, fermentation, packaging, utilities, and associated plant systems.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and/or instrumentation systems and a robust focus on equipment reliability, safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities for brewery production and utility equipment.
- Monitor equipment health and identify potential failures through regular inspections and condition monitoring.
- Attend breakdowns and troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize production downtime.
- Maintain critical brewery assets such as:
- Brewing vessels and process equipment
- Pumps, motors, gearboxes, valves, and agitators
- Fermentation and maturation tanks
- Refrigeration and chilling systems
- Compressors and air dryers
- Boilers and steam systems
- Water treatment and ETP equipment
- CIP systems
- Bottling/canning and packaging equipment
- Conveyors and material-handling systems
- Electrical panels, MCCs, VFDs, and distribution systems
- PLC, SCADA, sensors, transmitters, control valves, and other instrumentation




- Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are completed within the planned timelines.
- Analyze recurring equipment failures and support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and corrective action implementation.
- Maintain equipment history, maintenance records, checklists, and asset documentation.
- Monitor critical spare parts and coordinate with stores/procurement for availability.
- Work closely with Production, Quality, Safety, Utilities, and Engineering teams to ensure smooth plant operations.
- Coordinate with external contractors and equipment vendors for maintenance and technical support.
- Support equipment commissioning, installation, modification, and trial runs.
- Ensure proper lubrication, alignment, calibration, inspection, and condition monitoring of equipment.
- Monitor energy consumption and support initiatives to improve equipment and utility efficiency.
- Follow approved maintenance procedures, safety standards, and permit-to-work requirements.
- Ensure compliance with electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, statutory, and workplace safety requirements.
- Maintain good housekeeping and ensure maintenance activities are carried out without compromising food and beverage hygiene standards.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects focused on reliability, OEE, downtime reduction, energy efficiency, and maintenance cost optimization.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
