Job Summary

We are looking for a Vocational Trainer to provide practical, hands-on training to persons with spinal cord injury in various livelihood and income-generating skills, enabling them to develop confidence, independence, employability, and self-employment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and conduct practical vocational training sessions based on residents’ interests, abilities, and rehabilitation goals.
- Provide hands-on training in skills such as:
- Tailoring and basic garment making
- Basket weaving / basket knitting
- Soap and other handmade product making
- Mobile phone repair and basic electronics
- Handicrafts and creative products
- Other suitable income-generating and livelihood skills

Qualifications





- Diploma / Degree / Certification in Vocational Training, Skill Development, Tailoring, Handicrafts, Electronics, Mobile Repair, or a relevant field.
- Candidates with robust practical vocational skills and relevant training experience may also be considered.

Experience

- 0–3 years or more of relevant experience.
- Candidates with practical expertise in multiple vocational skills are preferred.
