This internship provides hands-on exposure to recruitment processes, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and talent management practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and skilled networks.
- Screen resumes and identify suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls and assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Post job openings on various recruitment platforms.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring requirements.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and onboarding updates.
- Assist in employer branding and recruitment campaigns.
- Support day-to-day recruitment and talent acquisition activities.

Eligibility Criteria

- Freshers and students pursuing or completed Graduation/Post-Graduation.
- MBA (HR), BBA, B.Com, BA, BCA, BBM, or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of MS Excel, MS Word,



and Internet search.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Passion for recruitment, HR, and talent acquisition.
