Job Description – V-CIP Auditor

Position: V-CIP Auditor
Location: Thane
Experience: Fresher
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

- Check V-CIP video recordings to ensure proper customer verification.
- Verify KYC documents with the information captured during the video interaction.
- Identify errors, deviations, discrepancies, or suspicious cases.
- Ensure the V-CIP process is followed as per RBI guidelines and internal policies.
- Maintain proper audit records and documentation.
- Prepare and report audit observations and exceptions.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of verification records.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and KYC information.

Required Skills

- Basic understanding of KYC and banking processes.
- Good observation and attention-to-detail skills.
- Basic MS Excel and MS Office knowledge.




- Positive communication skills.
- Ability to identify errors and discrepancies.
- Willingness to learn banking audit and compliance processes.

Qualification

- Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Banking, or any relevant field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.

Preferred Candidate

- Candidates interested in Banking Audit, KYC, Compliance, and V-CIP processes.
- Candidates with good analytical and documentation skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
