- Ensure protected, accurate, and timely dispensing of medicines as per valid prescriptions and hospital protocols.
- Verify the medicine name, strength, dosage, quantity, expiry date, and patient details before dispensing.
- Supervise and guide junior pharmacists and pharmacy staff in day-to-day operations.
- Monitor proper storage, handling, and maintenance of medicines as per required temperature and storage conditions.
- Ensure proper management of high-alert, LASA (Look-Alike Sound-Alike), narcotic, and controlled medicines as per hospital policies.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock availability, expiry, near-expiry items, and prevent stock-outs and wastage.
- Coordinate with Doctors, Nursing, Stores, Purchase, and other departments regarding medication requirements and pharmacy-related concerns.
- Address and resolve patient/attendant queries and pharmacy-related complaints promptly.
- Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of pharmacy records, registers, and statutory documents.
- Conduct regular stock verification and support internal and external audits.




- Identify medication-related risks and ensure adherence to medication safety practices.
- Support implementation of corrective and preventive actions related to pharmacy incidents and audit observations.
- Train and educate pharmacy staff on dispensing procedures, medication safety, hospital policies, and standard operating procedures.
- Ensure compliance with applicable hospital policies, pharmacy procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor the overall performance and workflow of the pharmacy and report significant issues to the concerned HOD/Management.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
