We work with business owners and management teams across CFO advisory, financial planning, MIS and dashboards, business strategy, performance management, cash-flow management, compliance and business transformation.

About the Role

We are looking for a Content Writer who can create high-quality, well-researched and audience-focused content for Ativeera's digital presence. The role will involve writing for LinkedIn, websites, blogs, articles, newsletters, business communication and other content formats. You will work closely with the founder and team to understand business ideas and convert them into simple, relevant and engaging content.

Key Responsibilities

Content Writing

· Write clear, engaging and grammatically accurate content for LinkedIn, websites, blogs and other digital platforms.

· Convert business ideas, discussions and inputs from the founder and team into structured written content.

· Write content related to business, finance, strategy, MSMEs, entrepreneurship and management.

· Develop informative and audience-relevant posts rather than generic or repetitive content.

· Create strong headlines, introductions, hooks and calls-to-action where required.





Research & Content Development

· Research industries, companies, business trends, market developments and relevant business topics.

· Use credible reports, articles, annual reports, interviews and other reliable sources for content development.

· Convert research into simple, easy-to-understand and useful content.

· Develop case studies, business stories, industry insights and knowledge-based articles.

· Fact-check content before publishing and maintain accuracy in facts, figures and references.

Social Media & Digital Content

· Develop and maintain content for LinkedIn and other relevant social media platforms.

· Repurpose one core idea into multiple content formats such as posts, carousels, articles and short-form scripts.

· Support monthly content planning and maintain a content calendar.

· Track basic content performance and use insights to improve future content.

Editing & Collaboration

· Proofread and edit content for grammar, clarity, tone, structure and consistency.

· Coordinate with design and video resources to ensure content is ready for execution.

· Incorporate feedback from the founder and team while maintaining the intended message and voice.

· Manage multiple content assignments and meet agreed deadlines.

What We Are Looking For

Essential

· 2–5 years of experience in content writing, content marketing, copywriting or a similar role.





· Excellent written and spoken English.

· Strong grammar, vocabulary, editing and proofreading skills.

· Strong research and analytical ability.

· Ability to simplify complex business concepts into clear and engaging content.

· Valuable understanding of LinkedIn and B2B content.

· Ability to independently develop content ideas and work within deadlines.

Strong Advantage

· Experience or interest in finance, business, management, startups, MSMEs, consulting, B2B or entrepreneurship.

· Experience writing for founders, leadership teams or professional brands.

· Exposure to LinkedIn personal branding and thought-leadership content.

· Background in journalism, English, communications, business, finance, economics or management.

AI & Technology

Ativeera actively uses AI and technology in its work. The Content Writer should be comfortable using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini for research, idea generation, content structuring, editing, repurposing and productivity. AI should be used as a productivity tool; the final content must be original, accurate, well-judged and aligned with Ativeera's human voice.
