Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented sales executive for our office-based sales team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, generating leads, making sales calls, following up with clients, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to doctors, chemists, distributors, stockists, and existing/potential customers.
- Generate and follow up on sales leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
- Explain pharmaceutical products, pricing, schemes, and offers to customers.
- Receive and process orders and coordinate with the internal team for timely dispatch.
- Maintain regular follow-up with existing customers to increase repeat business.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships over phone and other communication channels.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.




- Maintain daily call, lead, order, and sales reports.
- Coordinate with the field sales team, accounts, dispatch, and management.
- Handle customer queries and resolve basic order-related issues.
- Update customer and sales information in CRM/ERP/SFA software.

Required Skills:

- 1–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, tele-sales, inside sales, or customer handling preferred.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer operations.
- Experience with CRM/ERP software is an advantage.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Good Hindi and basic English communication.
- Ability to handle multiple customers and calls efficiently.

Salary:
₹ Depends on your interview or experience and incentives, as per company policy.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
