Accounting Executive – Indian Accounting

Work Mode: Work From Home (WFH)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Accounting Executive to handle day-to-day accounting and finance activities. The candidate should have practical knowledge of Indian accounting, GST, TDS, and bookkeeping and should be comfortable working independently from home.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Record sales, purchase, receipt, and payment entries.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Prepare and post journal entries.
- Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.
- Maintain accounting records and supporting documents.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting requirements.
- Prepare MIS reports as required.
- Follow up on outstanding receivables and payables.
- Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Required Skills

- Practical experience in Indian Accounting.
- Working knowledge of GST and TDS.




- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Experience with Tally / Tally Prime preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Valuable communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a WFH environment.

Eligibility

- Minimum 12th Pass.
- Prior accounting experience is mandatory.
- Candidates with practical experience in Tally, GST, TDS, bookkeeping, AP/AR, and bank reconciliation will be preferred.
- Freshers are not eligible.

- Own laptop – Mandatory
- Stable Wi-Fi/Internet connection – Mandatory
- Quiet and suitable workspace.
- Must be available throughout the scheduled working hours.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
