Job Summary

District 6 – Premium German Microbrewery & Kitchen is looking for an experienced and highly skilled Brewmaster / Brewery Master to lead our complete brewery operations.

The ideal candidate must have minimum 10 years of skilled brewing experience with proven hands-on experience specifically in a German Microbrewery. German Microbrewery experience is MANDATORY for this position.

Candidates without German Microbrewery experience will not be considered.

Mandatory Requirements

- Minimum 10 years of hands-on professional brewing experience
- Mandatory experience working in a German Microbrewery
- Strong expertise in German-style beer brewing
- Experience in commercial/microbrewery production
- Strong knowledge of fermentation, filtration and carbonation
- Experience in recipe development and seasonal beer production
- Knowledge of yeast management and quality control
- Strong knowledge of brewery equipment and CIP systems
- Experience in brewery production planning and preventive maintenance
- Knowledge of raw material management and inventory control
- Understanding of FSSAI, Excise, hygiene, food safety and brewery compliance
- Strong team leadership and brewery staff training experience

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end brewery operations from milling to serving
- Ensure consistent production of high-quality German-style and craft beers
- Develop and maintain beer recipes and seasonal brews
- Monitor fermentation, yeast health, filtration, carbonation and beer quality




- Plan daily/weekly/monthly brewery production according to business requirements
- Monitor brewery equipment, utilities and CIP operations
- Coordinate preventive maintenance of brewery equipment
- Manage brewing raw materials, inventory and supplier coordination
- Maintain proper brewery records, production logs and quality reports
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, Excise, hygiene and safety requirements
- Develop and implement brewery SOPs and operational standards
- Train, supervise and lead the brewery team
- Coordinate with Operations and Kitchen teams to support overall business requirements
- Maintain consistent beer quality, taste, appearance and production standards

Preferred Qualification

- Degree/Diploma in Brewing Science, Food Technology, Microbiology or a related field
- Professional brewing certification will be an added advantage

Important Eligibility Criteria

German Microbrewery experience is strictly MANDATORY.

Only candidates with relevant German Microbrewery experience and proven hands-on professional brewing experience will be considered.

Candidates with only general brewery, beverage production, hotel or unrelated F&B; experience will not be considered.
