- Special Educator – Key Responsibilities
- Work with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and ADHD through individualized educational interventions.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) based on each child’s needs.
- Support development of attention, concentration, communication, social, cognitive, pre-academic and academic skills.
- Use structured, play-based and activity-based teaching strategies.
- Manage classroom/session behaviours and encourage positive behaviour and participation.
- Track and document children’s progress regularly.
- Coordinate with parents and multidisciplinary professionals such as psychologists, speech therapists, occupational therapists and behavioural therapists.
- Provide parents with appropriate home-based learning strategies.
- Participate in case discussions and multidisciplinary team meetings.
- Preferred: Experience working with children with Autism, ADHD, learning difficulties and other developmental needs.
- Qualification: D.Ed / B.Ed (Special Education)
- Preferred: Primary School Teacher experience

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
