Position: HR Assistant Manager

Location: Gurgaon

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
- Support performance management & employee engagement initiatives
- Address employee queries, concerns, and HR-related issues
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
- Coordinate attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and related activities
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and processes
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and other management updates




- Support the HR team in achieving organizational goals.

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field

Strong knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle management

Valuable understanding of recruitment and employee engagement

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
