Job Description – Activity Executive (Senior Citizens)

Qualification: MSW / BSW / MA in Social Work preferred
Experience: 1–3 years in senior citizen care, community engagement, social work or activity coordination.

Job Purpose:
To plan and conduct engaging social, recreational, cultural and wellness activities for senior citizens and create a positive, safe and inclusive community environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and conduct daily/weekly activities, games, events and celebrations.
- Develop monthly activity calendars based on residents’ interests and abilities.
- Encourage participation and build solid relationships with senior citizens.
- Coordinate wellness, cultural, recreational and social engagement programs.




- Collect resident feedback and address activity-related suggestions.
- Maintain attendance, activity records and participation reports.
- Coordinate with families, healthcare professionals and external activity partners when required.
- Ensure activities are safe, inclusive and suitable for senior citizens.

Key Skills: Empathy, patience, communication, activity planning, event coordination, social work and relationship management.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
