Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Tableau Next BI Developer / Business Intelligence Data Analyst with 4–6 years of experience in Business Intelligence, data analysis, reporting, dashboard development, and data modeling.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on Tableau Next experience, preferably with previous Tableau Next implementation/project experience. Experience working with Salesforce and Salesforce Data 360 is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain interactive BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Tableau Next.
- Work with business and technical stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics requirements.
- Perform data analysis, data modeling, transformation, and reporting activities.
- Design scalable and user-friendly dashboards aligned with business requirements.
- Work with Salesforce / Data 360 data and integrate it into BI and analytics solutions.
- Support end-to-end Tableau Next implementations, including development, testing, deployment, and enhancements.
- Analyze data from multiple sources and create meaningful business insights.
- Optimize dashboards and reports for performance, usability, and accuracy.




- Collaborate with data engineers, Salesforce teams, business analysts, and other technical teams.
- Troubleshoot reporting/data issues and ensure data quality and consistency.

Mandatory Skills

- 4–6 years of experience in BI / Data Analytics / Reporting.
- Hands-on Tableau Next experience – Mandatory.
- Previous Tableau Next implementation/project experience – Highly Preferred.
