About the Role: This is a hands-on field marketing position suitable for candidates who enjoy customer interaction, local promotions, and working closely with retail store teams. Uniforms(T-shirts)- will be provided as well.

Job Responsibilities

- Execute BTL and on-ground promotional activities to increase brand awareness and store walk-ins.
- Perform regular field work in and around assigned store locations.
- Distribute pamphlets, flyers, and promotional materials to potential customers.
- Coordinate with Look Walkers and other promotional staff for smooth execution of activities.
- Interact with potential customers and guide them towards the store.
- Assist with delivery of products to customers when required.




- Support the store team with promotional and operational activities as needed.
- Provide regular updates on completed BTL activities.

Candidate Requirements

- 6 months–2 years of experience in BTL Marketing, Field Marketing, Promotions, Retail, or Sales.
- Comfortable with extensive field work and local travel.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Energetic, presentable, responsible, and customer-friendly.
- Willing to handle adaptable responsibilities based on business requirements.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
