Role Summary

We are hiring an Influencer Marketing Manager to lead creator partnerships and execute influencer campaigns across multiple brands. This role is responsible for building strategy, managing campaigns, and leading a team to deliver strong results.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage influencer marketing campaigns for multiple brands.
- Identify and build relationships with relevant creators.
- Lead outreach, negotiations, and collaboration execution.
- Manage product seeding and creator content delivery.
- Review campaign performance and optimize results.
- Guide and support the influencer marketing team.
- Prepare weekly client and internal performance reports.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and meet brand objectives.

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in influencer or digital marketing.




- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience managing creators and campaign execution.
- Good analytical and reporting skills.
- Leadership experience is preferred.
- Comfortable working with Google Sheets/Excel and CRM tools.
