We are looking for a talented Frontend Developer with strong expertise in modern web technologies and a passion for creating high-quality, interactive digital experiences.

The ideal candidate combines strong frontend engineering skills with an understanding of motion, interaction, 3D and visual design. You will be responsible for transforming creative concepts and UI designs into refined, performant and engaging web experiences.

This role is particularly suited to developers who have experience building interactive, animation-driven, 3D or WebGL-based websites.

Key Responsibilities

Develop responsive, high-performance web applications and interactive digital experiences.

Build sophisticated animations and interactions using GSAP and modern frontend technologies.

Develop 3D and WebGL experiences using Three.js and React Three Fiber.

Translate Figma and other design concepts into accurate, production-ready interfaces.

Create scroll-based interactions, page transitions, micro-interactions and motion systems.

Implement complex visual effects using WebGL, GLSL and shaders where required.

Develop reusable, maintainable and scalable React components.

Collaborate closely with designers, creative teams and developers to deliver high-quality digital experiences.

Optimize websites for performance, responsiveness, accessibility and cross-browser compatibility.

Analyze and resolve frontend, animation and rendering performance issues.

Stay current with emerging frontend, creative coding, WebGL and interactive web technologies.

2–5+ years of professional experience in frontend development or a related field.

Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and React.

Demonstrable experience with GSAP and advanced web animation.

Practical experience with Three.js and/or WebGL is highly preferred.

Robust understanding of browser rendering, performance and responsive design.

Ability to write clean, modular and maintainable code.

Strong attention to detail and visual accuracy.

Good understanding of UI/UX principles and modern web design.

A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Design or a related field is preferred but not mandatory for candidates with a strong portfolio and relevant experience.
