Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Collection Executive to manage customer payment collections and outstanding accounts in the jewellery business. The candidate will be responsible for following up on pending payments, maintaining collection records, coordinating with customers, and supporting the accounts team in ensuring timely collections.

Key Responsibilities

- Follow up with customers regarding pending payments, outstanding balances, and instalments.
- Make regular calls and send reminders to customers for due payments.
- Maintain accurate records of collections, pending amounts, and customer accounts.
- Coordinate with the accounts, sales, and management teams regarding outstanding payments.
- Visit customers when required for payment collection.
- Issue and maintain payment receipts and collection-related documents.
- Update daily collection status and prepare collection reports.
- Monitor customer payment schedules and follow up before due dates.




- Handle customer queries related to payments, invoices, and outstanding balances.
- Maintain professional relationships with customers while ensuring timely collection.
- Escalate delayed or disputed payments to the concerned team.
- Reconcile collected amounts with the accounts department.
- Ensure all collection activities follow company policies and procedures.

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation abilities.
- Basic knowledge of accounts, billing, and payment processes.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer applications.
- Solid numerical and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to handle customers professionally.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel for field collections, if required.

Qualification

- Any Degree / Diploma.
- Previous experience in collections, accounts, customer service, or jewellery retail will be preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
