About the Profile

We are looking for a Human Resources Recruitment Executive who will be responsible for managing and executing the recruitment process across the organisation. The role will involve understanding hiring requirements, sourcing relevant talent, conducting initial assessments, coordinating and conducting interviews, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in recruitment within the education sector, with a strong understanding of hiring for trainers, educators, academic professionals, and corporate/support functions.

What will you work on?

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from understanding manpower requirements to onboarding.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, and other relevant channels.
- Screen applications and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain and regularly update the recruitment pipeline and candidate database.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process.




- Prepare and share job descriptions and recruitment communications as required.
- Support background verification, documentation, offer rollouts, and pre-joining formalities.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pool for recurring and upcoming requirements.
- Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process.
- Support other HR initiatives and activities as required.

What Are We Looking For?

- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment.
- A Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field will be preferred.
- Prior experience in recruitment within the education sector is preferred.
- Experience hiring for academic, training, education, and corporate/support functions will be an advantage.
- Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and hiring requirements simultaneously.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with different teams.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving organisation.
- Proficiency in maintaining recruitment trackers, MIS, and basic HR documentation.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
