JOB DESCRIPTION
* Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in QA Automation, with strong exposure to
Salesforce testing.
* Strong hands-on experience in test automation, preferably within Salesforce-based
applications and enterprise web applications.
* Good understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud,
Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, custom objects, workflows, flows, triggers, and
integrations.
* Strong hands-on experience with Playwright using JavaScript/TypeScript for UI automation.
* Experience with Selenium and familiarity with Salesforce-specific automation tools such as
Provar/Copado is desirable.
* Experience in mobile automation using Appium and WebdriverIO.
* Strong understanding of API testing and automation using REST/SOAP APIs.
* Experience configuring and executing automated tests through CI/CD pipelines, preferably
using GitHub Actions or similar DevOps tools.
* Exposure to performance testing using K6 and interpretation of performance test results.
* Exposure to AI-driven QA tools, AI-assisted test generation, test optimization, defect analysis,
or GenAI-based testing practices.
* Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and modern QA practices.
* Excellent communication and client-handling skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively
with technical and business stakeholders.
* A strong learning mindset, adaptability, and enthusiasm to grow in AI, Salesforce, and
Automation Engineering.

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Playwright (JS/TS) for Salesforce applications and integrations.
* Define and execute QA strategies, test plans, test scenarios, and automation approaches for Salesforce implementations across Sales, Service, Experience, and Marketing Clouds.
* Design and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using Playwright, Selenium, and other relevant automation tools.
* Develop and execute functional, regression, integration, UAT, API, and end-to-end testing.
* Validate Salesforce configurations, customizations, workflows, integrations, and business processes.
* Perform Apex testing, including validation of triggers, classes, batch jobs, and associated business logic.
* Write and execute SOQL/SOSL queries to validate Salesforce data and test results.




* Perform data validation using Salesforce Data Loader, Workbench, and other data management tools.
* Develop automated tests for REST/SOAP APIs and validate data, responses, integrations, and error scenarios.
* Configure and maintain test execution within CI/CD pipelines, ensuring automated regression suites are integrated into deployment workflows.
* Perform mobile application automation using Appium/WebdriverIO where required.
* Conduct performance and load testing using K6, identify bottlenecks, and communicate performance findings.
* Explore and implement AI-driven testing approaches, including AI-assisted test case generation, test data generation, defect analysis, and automation optimization.
* Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects using Jira/Azure DevOps, ensuring timely resolution and retesting.
* Maintain test cases and execution results using Jira, Xray, Zephyr, or equivalent test management tools.
* Collaborate closely with Salesforce Developers, Administrators, Architects, Business Analysts, and business users to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test
coverage.
* Communicate effectively with client technical partners to clarify requirements, discuss defects, and align on implementation and release expectations.
* Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
* Continuously identify opportunities to improve QA processes, automation coverage, test efficiency, and release quality.

* Exposure to JMeter or other performance testing tools.
* Basic understanding of SOQL/SOSL optimization and Salesforce governor limits.
* Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
* Exposure to Docker/containerized test execution.
* Knowledge of test reporting, dashboards, and QA metrics.
* Familiarity with Page Object Model, BDD, data-driven testing, and modular automation
frameworks.
* Exposure to AI/ML concepts, LLM-based tools, prompt engineering, or AI agents for software
testing.
* Experience working in client-facing or consulting environments.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
* Equivalent technical qualifications with relevant professional experience may also be considered.
Certifications Required(If Any)
* Salesforce Certified Administrator – preferred.
* Salesforce Platform Developer I – desirable.
* Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder – desirable.
* ISTQB Certified Tester / Test Automation Engineer – preferred.
* Relevant Playwright, Selenium, Appium, or AI/GenAI certifications are an added advantage.
* Certifications are preferred rather than mandatory, provided the candidate demonstrates
solid hands-on expertie

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹840,000.00 per year
