Kibitz International Rehabilitation Centre is looking for a compassionate, responsible, and skilled Staff Nurse to join our clinical team. The Staff Nurse will provide high-quality nursing care to patients, support rehabilitation programs, monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and work closely with doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide protected, compassionate, and patient-centred nursing care.
- Assess and monitor patients' health conditions and vital signs.
- Administer medications, treatments, and injections as prescribed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient nursing records.
- Assist doctors and rehabilitation professionals during assessments and procedures.
- Monitor patients' progress and report any changes or concerns promptly.
- Support patients with activities of daily living where required.
- Assist in emergency situations and provide appropriate first aid.
- Maintain proper infection-control and hygiene standards.
- Ensure safe handling and storage of medications and medical supplies.
- Educate patients and caregivers regarding medication, treatment, hygiene, and basic health care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, doctors, therapists, and other staff members.
- Follow the centre's clinical protocols, nursing procedures, and safety policies.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
- Participate in shift handovers and maintain proper continuity of care.
- Keep the nursing station and clinical areas clean, organised, and well maintained.
- Perform other nursing duties assigned by the Nursing Supervisor or management.
Requirements
- GNM / B.Sc. Nursing or equivalent recognised nursing qualification.
- Valid nursing registration/licence as applicable.
- Previous experience in a hospital, rehabilitation centre, clinic, or healthcare facility is preferred.
- Good knowledge of basic nursing procedures and patient care.
- Ability to monitor and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and professional attitude.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays when required.
Preferred Skills
- Rehabilitation or long-term patient-care experience.
- Basic knowledge of emergency care and first aid.
- Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to communicate with patients and caregivers professionally.
- Strong observation and patient-monitoring skills.
- Ability to handle patients with patience, empathy, and dignity.
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹25,164.76 per month
