Job Position:– Workshop Supervisor
Experience:- 1 -2 years
Location:- Aluva, Kerala
Salary:- ₹18,000 - ₹20,000 per month
Job Responsibilities:-
- Supervise and manage the entire workshop team.
- Allocate daily tasks and monitor employee performance.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day workshop operations.
- Coordinate with technicians and other staff to complete work on time.
- Monitor work quality, productivity, and safety standards.
- Maintain proper discipline and workflow within the workshop.
- Handle basic operational issues and coordinate with management when required.
Requirements:-
- Previous experience in workshop supervision or a similar role preferred.
- Positive team management and communication skills.
- Ability to handle and coordinate a team effectively.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates from nearby locations will be preferred.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
