Role Overview
We are looking for a energetic and target-oriented Admission Counsellor to handle student enquiries, counsel prospective students, and convert leads into course admissions. The candidate will be responsible for understanding student requirements, explaining suitable courses, handling objections, and maintaining regular follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming student enquiries and leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels
- Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable courses.
- Explain course details, curriculum, duration, fees, and career opportunities.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
- Maintain regular follow-up with interested and pending leads.
- Update lead status, follow-ups, and admission details in the Excel.
- Coordinate with the academic and administration teams for the admission process.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.





Requirements

- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- .Good interpersonal and counselling skills.
- Strong follow-up and lead-conversion ability.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to handle student/parent objections professionally.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM.
- Tamil and English communication skills preferred.

Eligibility

- Any Bachelor's degree.
- Candidates with experience in student counselling, admissions, telecalling, inside sales, or education sales will be preferred
