Education:-ITI Electrical/Diploma Electrical

Work Experience:- Approx 7-8 Yrs (Sr), Approx 3-5yrs (Jr)

Age limit:-Below 36

Job Profile:-Maintenance Experience on Vacuum furnaces, PID controller, Delta Drive, DMG 3X, 5X, BFW 3X, HAAS 3X, 4X CNC Turn mill center of Spinner, ACE

,Jyoti VMC/5X,Micromatic grinding machine , SPM machines, VTL/VTC, Makino and GF wire cut machines

Job Description

Positive Knowledge of Electrical Equipment like Contactor, SMPS, Timers, Relay, Sensors, Limit switches, Transformer, VFD, MCB, MPCB, MCCB, Motors

Able to read Electrical wiring diagram

Good knowledge of Multimeter,Tong Tester,Megger.

Good Technical Knowledge of DOL Starter, Star Delta Starter, Reverse forward Starter.

Good Technical and Hand Experience on CNC, VMC, SPM,



Grinding Machines Electrical Troubleshooting

Able to Replace Servo drive,Servo drive Battery replacement

Hand experience of DMG,BFW,VTL machine ATC recovery

Hand Experience on PLC Panel Wiring

Hand Experience on Contactor/Relay Logic Wiring

Able to read Cnc machine Ladder Diagram

Able to Make Electrical Wiring Diagram

Able to Read Manual for CNC, VMC, HMC machine Trouble shooting

Able to replace Drive Batteries/Fan

Hand experience of VFD and PID parameter setting

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
