About the Role

We are looking for a results-oriented SEO Executive / SEO Specialist to improve our website's organic visibility, search rankings, traffic, and overall search performance. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO along with a data-driven approach to optimization.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and website traffic.
- Conduct keyword research and identify relevant, high-intent keywords.
- Perform on-page SEO optimization, including:
- Title tags and meta descriptions
- Headings and content optimization
- URL structure
- Internal linking
- Image optimization
- Keyword placement
- Conduct technical SEO audits and identify issues affecting website performance and crawling.
- Monitor website indexing, crawlability, Core Web Vitals, and overall technical health.
- Develop and execute off-page SEO and link-building strategies.
- Research and identify relevant, high-quality backlink opportunities.
- Analyze competitors and identify opportunities to improve search visibility.
- Create SEO content briefs and collaborate with content writers.
- Optimize existing website content based on search intent and performance data.
- Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, backlinks, and other SEO KPIs.
- Use tools such as Google Search Console and Google Analytics to analyze website performance.
- Prepare regular SEO reports and provide actionable recommendations.




- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, and industry best practices.
- Work closely with content, web development, and marketing teams to implement SEO recommendations.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of hands-on SEO experience.
- Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Positive knowledge of keyword research and search intent.
- Experience with Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, or similar tools.
- Understanding of HTML basics and website structure.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written communication and attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze data and convert insights into actionable SEO strategies.
