We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and sales skills, with experience in developing new business opportunities and maintaining client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Generate leads through calls, meetings, referrals, online platforms, and market research
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, customers, and business partners
- Understand client requirements and present suitable company projects/services
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into business opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client communication and follow-up
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and new business opportunities
- Maintain records of leads, client interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities
- Prepare regular business development and sales reports for Management
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development / Sales / Marketing




- Experience in real estate, construction, builders, hospitality, or related industries will be preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation, convincing, and presentation skills
- Good customer relationship management skills
- Ability to generate leads and convert them into business
- Strong follow-up and client-handling skills
- Proficient in MS Excel and Word
- Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated
- Willingness to travel for client meetings when required
- Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any relevant discipline preferred
