JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for Telecollection Executives to handle customer calls, follow up on pending payments and achieve collection targets. Candidates should have positive communication skills and be comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
- Telugu and Kannada communication skills are mandatory.
- Telecollection experience is preferred.
- BPO, Collection or Customer Service experience will be an added advantage.
- Good verbal communication and customer handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work with daily and monthly collection targets.
- Willingness to work from office.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for payment collection.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending payments.
- Communicate payment details and resolve customer queries.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly collection targets.
- Maintain accurate customer and payment records.
- Update call and collection details in the system.
- Follow up on PTP (Promise to Pay) commitments.
- Handle customer objections and escalations professionally.
- Ensure compliance with company collection processes and quality standards.
JOB LOCATION
Thousand Lights, Chennai
WORK MODE: Work from Office
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
