Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and energetic General Manager to oversee and manage the overall business operations of Levanza Food & Herbals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, achieving business targets, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring smooth coordination across departments.

The candidate should have strong leadership, decision-making, business management, and operational skills, preferably with experience in FMCG, Food, Herbal, Ayurvedic, Nutraceutical, Pharma, or Manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the overall day-to-day operations of the organization.
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals and growth targets.
- Monitor performance of key departments including Production, Purchase, Quality, Sales, Accounts, Stores, HR, and Operations.
- Set departmental targets and ensure timely achievement of business objectives.
- Monitor production planning, procurement, inventory, quality, and delivery operations.
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, materials, machinery, and other resources.
- Review operational and financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, customers, distributors, and other business partners.
- Drive cost-control initiatives and improve overall operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with senior management on business planning, budgets, expansion, and strategic initiatives.
- Identify operational challenges and take timely corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, statutory requirements, and industry regulations.
- Lead, motivate,



and develop teams to improve productivity and accountability.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and track KPIs across departments.
- Prepare and present management reports covering sales, production, inventory, expenses, profitability, and operational performance.
- Identify new business opportunities and support the company's expansion plans.
- Ensure smooth coordination between different departments and maintain effective internal communication.
- Take ownership of critical business decisions and ensure timely execution.

Requirements

- 8–12 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in a managerial/leadership role.
- Experience in FMCG, Food, Herbal, Ayurvedic, Nutraceutical, Pharma, or Manufacturing will be preferred.
- Proven experience in managing multiple departments and teams.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong business acumen with good understanding of P&L;, budgeting, cost control, and operational KPIs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to make effective decisions under pressure.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and reporting tools.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of business operations.
