CNC Setter –

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Set and operate CNC machines as per production requirements.

Perform current job setting on CNC machines, including tool setting and offset correction.

Read and understand engineering drawings, dimensions, and tolerances.

Prepare, modify, and execute CNC programs as required.

Select appropriate cutting tools, holders, and machining parameters.

Perform first-piece inspection and ensure components meet drawing specifications.

Make necessary tool offsets and program corrections to maintain quality.

Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and setting-related problems.

Ensure proper machine setup before starting batch production.

Maintain production, quality, and machine-related records.

Follow safety procedures and maintain 5S at the workplace.





Coordinate with Production and Quality teams for smooth production.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of CNC programming and setting.

Knowledge of tool setting, offset correction, and machining parameters.

Ability to read engineering drawings and understand tolerances.

Knowledge of CNC machine troubleshooting and first-piece inspection.

Job Details

Position: CNC Setter

Location: SEZ, Mahindra, Jaipur, Rajasthan

Salary: ₹28,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Experience: Relevant experience in CNC /VMCsetting and operations preferred.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
